Founded in 1996, Leadership Hancock County was conceived as a pipeline of sorts for emerging leaders. Since then, more than 400 people have gone through our program. On that roster of graduates are CEOs, political leaders, educators and key managers in dozens of organizations.
Our program works to foster leadership skills in promising students in an immersive, eight-month study of our communities and the qualities that go into making strong leaders. Along the way, enrollees learn how to work as part of a team, and they gain valuable insights into how to communicate effectively and contribute to their organizations in impactful ways.
If you or someone in your organization is on a leadership track in your organization, we'd love to hear from you.
Leadership Hancock County is a tuition-based program. The vast majority of those funds go into our programming. You can support us by donating financially; volunteering your time or services; or enrolling someone from your organization in the next Leadership class.
Checks can be sent to: Leadership Hancock County, One Courthouse Plaza, Greenfield, IN, 46140. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
