Meet our new coordinator!

Wells, Jason

Jason Wells is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Hancock County.

Jason Wells has joined Leadership Hancock County as its new coordinator.

Jason comes well-prepared to oversee LHC’s day-to-day operations: He is a registered nurse for Hancock Health and serves as its professional and organizational development coordinator. His roles at Hancock Health include; planning leadership development for all leadership levels at Hancock Health; new associate orientation; administration adviser for patient experience and associate engagement teams and the Nursing Congress.

Jason brings a vast amount of training experience from clinical education, American Heart Association. He also has worked at Six Flags as well as being a former instructor/auditor for Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

As a 2018 LHC graduate, Jason is excited for this opportunity to learn from the community leaders in Hancock County and hopes to bring excitement and some of his own personal leadership experiences as the LHC coordinator.

We are excited to see him apply his industry experience and first-class education to help grow Leadership Hancock County and reach new goals for the 2019-20 class.

You can reach Jason at info@leadhc.org.

Jason replaces Dave Hill, who stepped down after three years as coordinator to focus more fully on his job as editor of the Daily Reporter.
